EDI Transaction Details in Banno
Get ready to see EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transaction details right in Banno. We’re excited to announce that we’re starting to beta test this highly anticipated feature, and we expect to make it available on CIF 20/20 and SilverLake in the near future!
If your bank currently uses our EDI transaction details feature in NetTeller, your business users will seamlessly experience these same details in Banno Online and Mobile (once released). For any transaction with available EDI data, we’ll display a clear indicator on the transaction list, allowing users to easily open the transaction details and download the EDI details file. Plus, we’re enhancing the search feature in Banno so that users can quickly filter their searches to pinpoint transactions that contain EDI data.
Note: While this feature is designed with Banno Business users in mind, the functionality will also be available for any retail accounts that return EDI transaction details from the CIF 20/20 and SilverLake cores.
