User Type Labeling Poll Results
After extending our User type labeling poll last month, we have received many more responses and have now landed on the following go-forward labels.
- Consumer = Non-commercial customers or members.
- Business = Commercial customers or members.
- Households = Groups of customers or members.
Next up, we will begin consistently using the terms above for in-app UI labels and messaging for the Banno Digital Platform – starting with net-new projects and, over time, working to update previously released UI labels and messaging.
Note: This article does not apply to JHA Treasury Management.
Though this process will take time, we are committed to establishing consistency across the board.
