Jack Henry Wires Update

Jack Henry Wires continues to build momentum as we close out the year. Building on last month’s release of expanded ISO 20022 message handling – including investigation, return, and drawdown message types – we have now fully completed the Direct Line Wires (DLW) integration. With this integration complete, JH Wires have started onboarding financial institutions using FedLine Direct, leveraging the full suite of ISO messages already supported to provide a more automated, real-time wire processing experience.

Looking ahead, we continue to make progress in International Wires while working on additional enhancements that will bring even greater flexibility and control. Soon, institutions will be able to define approval groups for each amount range, ensuring only authorized users can approve transactions at specific tiers. Additionally, a new free-text comment field for GL transaction postings will allow notes to flow seamlessly into the core for improved clarity and auditability of the GL transactions that are posted to the GL settlement account.

Our teams responsible for building Jack Henry Wires remain committed to delivering modern, efficient, and compliance-focused capabilities that support the evolving needs of our customers.
