Search Recipients in Banno Business ACH
We understand that business users often face the complex and time-consuming challenge of editing payees within and across large ACH batches – a request from many financial institutions. We listened to your feedback and are thrilled to announce that the ACH Search Recipients feature will be available soon!
This powerful new tool is designed to give your authorized business users unparalleled efficiency and control over their payments. They will soon be able to quickly locate and edit any recipient across ACH batches by searching for a variety of criteria, including name, ID number, batch name, or amount. Whether the business needs to swiftly address a customer-requested change, modify payment amounts or accounts, or process a notice of correction, this feature will ensure they can locate and edit any payment with ease, making their ACH batch processing faster and more efficient than ever before.
No support ticket nor additional contract is required for this enhancement, which will be released on Banno Online for all Banno Business banks and credit unions.
