Three Improvements to Streamline File Transmission and Reporting in Treasury Management

We’re excited to share that three major enhancements are on the way to help financial institutions and business customers automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and gain faster access to critical data in Treasury Management.

Check Issue Items via Secure FTP (sFTP)

Soon entering beta, this enhancement lets businesses transmit Issued Items files directly to Treasury Management using sFTP – minimizing manual uploads and reducing the risk of human error. Key capabilities include automated file loading, a new Issued Items File Activity page for viewing and processing files, PDF downloads, notifications, and full use of existing Positive Pay entitlements and mapping tools.

ACH File Transmission via Secure FTP (sFTP)

Scheduled to be generally available in February 2026, this enhancement allows bank customers to send ACH Nacha-formatted files to Treasury Management through sFTP. The expanded watcher service will automatically ingest incoming files and display them on the ACH File Activity page, where entitled users can view, process, or delete files with the same validations applied to manual uploads – creating a more efficient ACH workflow.

Data Hub for Treasury Management

Now completing its closed beta, Data Hub will soon provide financial institutions with automated, scalable monthly reporting. Built on Google Cloud Platform, Data Hub offers secure access to BigQuery datasets, Excel extracts, graphs, and Looker Studio visualizations – empowering institutions to analyze the metrics that matter most while reducing operational effort. This feature will likely become generally available in February 2026.
