Apple Developer Program License Agreement
Please open your Apple developer account and review the newly published (on March 30) Apple Developer Program License Agreement, which is separate from the regularly occurring developer agreements Apple requires. Remember, staying current on such agreements is required for deploying new Banno Mobile releases to the App Store, and Jack Henry cannot accept the agreements on your behalf.
Removed Support for Authy – JH Identity
As previously communicated, JH Identity no longer supports Authy as an enrolled 2FA method. However, end users can manually enroll Authy as an authenticator app if they prefer to stick with Authy for now.
Enhanced Passkey Support for Client Applications
We have expanded Passkey support in Mobile and Online authentication to now include Passkeys as a 2FA method and for verification of high-risk actions. See the support documentation in the For Clients Portal.
Device-Level Authentication for iOS
Support for Device-level authentication was released as a part of the 3.31.2 mobile release for iOS. Additional information was provided via SLA. See the support documentation in the For Clients Portal.
