Happy October! 🎃 Fall into our latest batch of updates designed to make managing your financial institution even smoother. This month, we're excited to highlight new features for the Banno Support app case queue, seamless browser-based key generation for developers, the launch of our new Origination Pilot & Beta Hub for lending and deposits, and so much more. Tap2Local Reports
For those of you already live with Tap2Local, we know you've been wanting improved visibility into merchant enrollment, adoption, and usage. We're thrilled to let you know the wait ends this week!
In the next few days, members of your team (with the Manage reports permission for Banno Reports) will have the option to request two new reports:
- Merchant status: Lists each merchant (or merchant-to-be), their enrollment status, and actions needed to get them across the finish line if applicable.
- Merchant payment volume: Lists each merchant along with payment types and volumes.
Once available, these new reports can be exported by clicking + Create request on the Reports screen, which is accessed via the ••• (More) menu.
