Jack Henry Wires
The previously announced document capabilities are now available in production. Financial institutions can download a PDF of the wire list based on applied filters, as well as generate an enhanced printed form export that includes all wire details, required disclaimer language, and your financial institution’s logo as configured during onboarding.
While logo management is currently handled through existing onboarding configurations, we are actively working toward a centralized resource management experience that will let your administrators maintain branding assets directly. In the interim, please contact Jack Henry for any updates to your logo.
We have enabled these document capabilities for all customers with Jack Henry Wires. No support case is necessary.
