Banno Admin session logout
Now that more products are onboarding with Jack Henry Identity, we’ve implemented Initiated Logout for Banno Admin and/or Jack Henry Identity sessions. When an administrator logs out of any app in Banno Admin (as they normally would), now they see a dialog confirming whether they want to completely sign out of Jack Henry.
The admin has two options:
- Fully sign out: Clicking Fully sign out will end the Jack Henry Identity session entirely, including any sessions related to other integrated products.
- Stay signed in: Clicking Stay signed in will end the session for the specific app from which they initiated logout without terminating the admin’s Jack Henry Identity session as a whole.
The admin can also close out all browsers to end each of their Jack Henry Identity sessions.
