Treasury Management Back Office v2 Is Live!
We officially launched the redesigned Treasury Management Back Office (TMBO) user experience on Friday, August 14. The updated experience is designed to offer a more intuitive, efficient workflow while aligning TMBO with the broader JH Digital platform strategy, paving the way for greater consistency across products and faster adoption of features.
The legacy interface will remain available as a fallback option through October 1, giving users time to transition. As with any major platform transition, our teams are hard at work resolving issues being reported by Treasury Managment banks during the rollout. We will continue to leverage office hours and SLAs for ongoing communication.
