Updated Documentation
When you visit the Knowledge Base (or our Wistia demo channel for the Tap2Local demo linked below), be sure to check out some of the more notable pieces of documentation we added or edited during August:
- Tap2Local Payment Links Demo: We’re happy to share a new demo video showing the payment links functionality of Tap2Local.
- Bulk Deleting ACH Batches: The Knowledge Base has a new section dedicated to bulk deleting ACH batches in Banno Business.
- Treasury Management Consulting Services Overview: We created an overview document that dives into Treasury Management’s new Micro Engagement Model for Consulting Services.
Reminder: Due to browser behavior beyond our control, some PDF links may open directly in this same browser tab.
UI Enhancements
Early this September, you’ll notice some nice user interface (UI) enhancements to the Knowledge Base. Especially noteworthy is that we will begin adopting elements from Forge™, Jack Henry’s design system.
Here are a few highlights of the UI enhancements to expect:
- Improved search functionality: We’re launching a few key improvements to our search, from better results descriptions to search query highlights and tag lists.
- Enhanced navigation experience: Opening and closing the primary navigation menu now offers better interactions, easy-to-use accordions, and color highlights.
- A better mobile experience: We’re deploying sweeping updates to our mobile experience that address menu interactions, content card sizing, spacing, and much more.
- Animated hover states: Certain components (such as card callouts) now have handy animated hover states.
