Enhanced Access Control with Suspend Users
Coming soon, your financial institution will have the option to suspend digital banking users directly within Banno People. This new capability will let your employees immediately block access, halt background device syncing, and cease alerts for a given accountholder – making this an ideal tool for managing inactive users or instantly securing an accountholder that’s under review. Unlike a permanent deletion, suspending a user is fully reversible, so your team can manually reinstate access and restore the user’s profile at any time!
