ACH Prefunding Balance Validation for Treasury Management
Soon, you’ll gain greater control and confidence over ACH prefunding with our upcoming ACH Prefunding Balance Validation feature.
Before ACH payments are transmitted, Treasury Management will automatically validate available funds using the ACH company’s designated prefunding offset account. Banks will have the flexibility to configure which account balance is used for validation. If sufficient funds are available, payments proceed as expected. If funds are not available, users will receive clear messaging indicating the payment could not be processed due to insufficient funds.
This enhancement will help reduce failed transactions, strengthen payment controls, and provide greater visibility into prefunding requirements before ACH files are sent for processing. Stay tuned for more details as we prepare for launch!
