User Management Role Name Change
In the coming months, all Banno Business customers will notice a minor label update in User management and People. The Role field is getting renamed Management access across all Banno Business and household accounts. The options are also shifting from Admin, Viewer, and User to Admin access, Viewer access, and None to better reflect that this setting specifically controls access to the User management tool itself.
This is strictly a terminology change in support of our strategic direction to expand role permission entitlements and give end users greater flexibility to manage their own roles. There is no action required on your end, though you may want to update any internal documentation or training guides that reference the old labels.
